I am totally blown away by this keto (low carb), v I am totally blown away by this keto (low carb), vegan, glutenfree and easy to make bread.. it’s soooooo good... 😃😃😃 

I didn’t think it was possible to wrap all the specialized diets into one delicious loaf. 😳😳😳

But @sweetashoneyrecipes  has done it (she’s French if I read that right) and won’t compromise on good bread).

Almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, flaxseed meal (which I forgot) salt, baking powder, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water... (everything but the bagel spice on top.). ..that’s it!!! Oui oui!!! 😃😃😃

I toast it and put sliced avocado with a crack of pink Himalayan salt. (Ps it does take time to toast but resist eating the whole avocado while you wait..😂😂😂

Casa Gilardi is Luis Barragan’s last house he de Casa Gilardi is Luis Barragan’s last house he designed. The glory of the home is the blue swimming pool with the pink wall in the dining room. The pool looks like glass when you see it. They have to warn you that it’s water. The family still lives in house but they open it up for tours. 

I can only imagine how fun a dinner party could be with that gorgeous pool.

Some tips to staying healthy: 1. Make your own Some tips to staying  healthy: 

1. Make your own salad dressing. Store bought has too many ingredients you want to avoid. Making dressing is so easy. 
2. Keep baby carrots on hand in case you need to grab a snack. 
3. See how many times a day you can add greens to your plate. Soup? - throw in spinach! Hummus? - blend in Kale!
4. Only use nut butters with one ingredient: nuts. 
5. Make sure your plant based milks are UNSWEETENED and don’t have toxic stabilizers nor bad oils. 
6. Crackers - not as innocent as they look - avoid sugars, unwanted oils and other unrecognizable ingredients or make your own- it’s not difficult. 
7. Sparkling mineral water is great. My favorite is the Whole Foods 365 (from Italy). 
8. Breathing- nose breathing ONLY — (avoid mouth breathing). Aim for 5 counts In and  5 counts out.  Long, slow breaths. 
9. Eat raw vegetables more often. I love a bowl of cut veges for dinner- cucumber, carrot, red pepper. Yum 😋. 
10. Cooking begets cooking. Once you start cooking, you will want to cook more and more of the food you eat. If you need inspiration- there are sooooo many wonderful recipe blogs. You can start by browsing these:
