This blog is a collection of healthy plant-based, whole food recipes. I emphasize “healthy” because it’s good to know what’s going into your body. Most people care about the type of gas they fill their cars with, but don’t extend that same concern to how they fuel their bodies.

This site is a resource for healthy plant-based recipes. Many are from my favorite bloggers who have inspired me to be a better cook. Other recipes are my own that I eat all the time. These recipes taste amazing but also encourage mindfulness around the mind/body connection so you can free yourself from the consequences of a toxic diet.
